• Nationwide Delivery: We deliver across Kenya at a flat delivery fee of KSh 350.
• Nairobi: Same-day delivery is available for orders confirmed within our delivery schedule.
• Other Towns: Orders to other towns are delivered within 48 hours, depending on the destination.
• Order Confirmation: We will call you to confirm your order, stock availability, delivery details, and location before dispatch.
• Delivery Details: Please provide your name, phone number, town/area, and landmark or delivery address to help us arrange delivery.
• Pickup can be arranged at our shop location — see the Contact page.Pickup is available Monday–Saturday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
• Large Items: Large items are delivered at the same KSh 350 nationwide delivery fee, with the delivery timeline confirmed when your order is placed.
